Who is Holon Health for?
Holon Health is for anyone struggling with substance use or a mental health condition like anxiety, depression, or bipolar. While several of our clients have been involved in the justice system, we also have many clients who have not been! Right now, we serve individuals over the age of 18, but teen services will be provided in the future.
Do I have to pay for this?
If you have Medicare, Medicaid, or certain Marketplace (exchange) plans, no! It’s fully covered by your insurance. For other insurance plans, you might have a copay or be ineligible for our services. Our team will help you figure out your coverage after you sign up.
What do I get?
You get access to healthcare services, peer support (if desired), basic needs assistance, and rewards via the Holon Vibe app.
Do I get rewards?
Enrolled clients can earn rewards by logging into Holon Vibe daily, completing reflective lessons about health and wellness topics, and accomplishing your goals.
How do I get the rewards I earn?
Once you complete onboarding and attend your first provider appointment, you will be eligible to get rewards on the Holon Vibe app.
What are the lessons like on the app?
We’re biased, but we think they’re great! Lesson content ranges from reflections and goal setting to movement and nutrition tips. Some lessons require you to read and others require you to write a thoughtful response. Either way, you are guaranteed to learn something new while improving your mental health.
Can my friends and family use this?
As long as they have a mental health condition or struggle with substance use, yes! Please make sure they have Medicaid/Medicare, that way they won’t have to pay for these services.
