Holon Health’s referral process is simple: refer your clients via an online referral form and we do the rest!

Holon’s Referral Process: Refer Clients in 3 Steps

You can refer clients via the direct link to our referrals page or by following the steps below.

  1. Go to our homepage at holonhealth.com
  2. Click the “refer clients” button
  3. Enter your client’s basic information 

That’s it! Your client is referred. 

What Happens After I Refer A Client?

Once you submit a referral, our team gets a notification to call your client to help them enroll. That phone call takes about 5-10 minutes and clients report it’s very easy! After that phone call, we send you a follow-up email to keep you in the loop. 

After enrollment, clients meet with a medical provider within 48-72 hours (usually sooner!). In the provider appointment, they discuss health needs, concerns, and anything else on their mind. Based on that information, our team sets up an individualized care plan to address their specific needs and wants. This could be monthly provider appointments, prescription management and education, recovery coaching sessions, and more.

Frequently Asked Questions About Our Referral and Enrollment Process:

Do I have to do anything to get my client enrolled?

All you’ve got to do is enter their basic information on our referral page. We do the rest! 

Will you let me know when my client is enrolled?

Yes! We’ll send you an email confirmation. 

When can my client meet with one of your medical providers?

Within 48-72 hours, usually sooner! 

When will my client’s drug tests be covered?

Your client’s drug tests will be covered after they meet with a medical provider (who verifies medical necessity). So, assuming they attend their first appointment, drug tests will be covered within a few days. 

Does my client have to pay for Holon’s services?

Nope! All of our services are covered by insurance.
